The Crystal Lodge & Suites is looking for a motivated, committed professional who believes in providing true customer service. We are hiring a full-time permanent Front Desk Agent.

***Staff housing is not available for this position***

The Front Desk Agent is an outgoing customer service pro who is enthusiastic about Whistler and is committed to delivering awesome Whistler experiences to each and every guest.

As a motivated, committed professional who believes in providing true customer service, the Front Desk Agent leads by example, possesses strong work ethics and is results driven. The Front Desk Agent must also excel in time management and organizational skills with the ability to multi task effectively in complex situations while portraying a calm, assured and professional manner at all times.

Job Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Assist guest with arrivals & departures
  • Handle guests’ concerns
  • Offer referral for services and handle requests
  • Handle and store luggage
  • Assist with group check-ins and check-out
  • May need to assist with valet parking
  • Assist other departments/complete other duties as required
Skills and Abilities:
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Good organizational skill
  • Previous experience in customer service is an asset
  • Ability to use a variety of computer applications
  • Cash handling experience is an asset
  • Administrative sills
  • Time management skills
  • Ability to speak a second language is an asset
  • Working knowledge of the facility, services and local area 
  • Strong computer skills are necessary.
