The Crystal Lodge is seeking to add a Maintenance Technician to the team . This individual must be able to work unsupervised and must have a good balance of technical residential maintenance skills and customer service skills.

 

Primary Responsibilities Include:

  • Become familiar with all aspects of fire, emergency protocols for the Crystal Lodge
  • Inside and outside light bulb checks a minimum of 2 times per week
  • Ensure all mechanical, electrical and tool supply rooms are kept clean and well organized
  • Detailed understanding of each guest rooms equipment and mechanical functions
  • Complete RDP work orders in a timely manner and ensure open and quick communication with front desk team
  • Responsible for opening procedures for the pool and hot tubs
  • Garbage removal and cleaning of garbage rooms, including recycle bins and surrounding area on a daily basis
  • Proficient with all health and safety policies
  • Assist with the hotel's preventative maintenance program in all guest rooms (including but not limited to drywall repairs, painting, caulking, re-grouting, staining, etc.)
  • Ensure well maintained guest rooms and public areas, by identifying and reporting deficiencies and opportunities.
  • Other responsibilities as directed by Maintenance Manager or Assistant Maintenance Manager
